- To highlight a whole sentence, hold down a Ctrl key and click in the sentence
- To change the case of text use Shift+F3 (this works on a selection, too - repeat it to rotate through all possible cases)
- To clear all the direct formatting in a document (leaving just the words), select it all using Ctrl+A, then press Ctrl+Spacebar followed by Ctrl+Q

What does email misuse cost you in time and money? Most of us receive copious emails, many of which we don’t want and are quickly deleted. Here are 3 of the good habits we recommend to win back valuable wasted time reading, actioning, deleting and sorting your mail:
- Create Rules to automatically manage incoming mail
- Use Colour to prioritise emails from key people
- Create a task or calendar entry automatically from an email
