Sales Executive

Part of the company’s strategy is to expand by acquisition and in the last year has made a purchase to enhance the business. Currently the Directors are looking at businesses to complement the existing partner set and customers in order to have a very competitive business that continues to punch and win much above its weight.

From a world class service desk, cutting edge predictive monitoring platform, industry leading IT audits, bespoke application development right through to strategic consultancy all based on recognised frameworks and methodologies.

We are looking to recruit additional external Senior Account Managers to be based at our Borehamwood and/or Langley offices. This role will involve selling to SME business owners, managing directors, financial directors and IT managers.

The Person we are looking for must have...

Personal drive, ambition, initiative and persistence will be paramount to win this role and superb presentation and communication skills are a must.

Ideally educated to degree level, you will need to have a proven track record within IT Managed Services sales, offering technical advice within the sales cycle.

• Understanding of the generic messages surrounding outsourcing, hosting and solution-based selling
• Commercially astute – a business thinker, able to relate to mid level IT & business functions
• Skilled new business sales person
• Team player & relationship builder both internally and externally
• Multitasking, well organised and eye for detail
• Persuasive with good presentation and influencing skills.
• Deal closer – maximising the opportunity – creating win/win deals for the company and our clients
• Able to identify realistic opportunities, qualify them quickly and pursue them effectively.
• You will receive support from marketing, mail shots, tele sales and self generated leads.

• Salary negotiable dependant on experience
• Deals will be from £10K ~ £150K
• Formal induction and training period
• Ongoing training and relevant accreditations
• Ongoing mentoring and tutoring
• Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK
